Terms of sale

01 Purpose

These terms of sale describe how the TiK•TaK shop, which offers customisable connected watches, works. They apply to every order placed on the site.

02 Products and customisation

Each watch is put together by the customer in the configurator: shape, outer case, inner case, strap, screen and display style.

The 3D renderings and the colours shown are indicative: they may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your screen. The creation assistant suggests a configuration from a free description; it can still be changed before any order.

03 Prices

Prices are in euros, taxes included (20% VAT included). The price of a watch is the sum of the chosen components.

Delivery fees:

• standard delivery: €10, free for orders of €300 or more;
• express delivery: €15.

04 Ordering

To order, you need an account (Google sign-in), a saved watch, a delivery address and a delivery method.

The order is confirmed on screen with a number such as TT-2026-0001, then tracked in “My watches”. A watch that has already been ordered can no longer be deleted, so that the order history is kept.

05 Payment

Payment is meant to be made by bank card. In this demonstration version, no payment method is connected: the information entered on the order page is neither sent nor stored, and no amount is charged.

06 Manufacturing and delivery

Each watch is hand-assembled in France, then shipped within 10 days. Delivery within France is by:

• tracked Colissimo (standard): 5 to 7 days;
• Chronopost (express): 48 hours after manufacturing.

07 Order tracking

The progress of the order (ordered, in production, shipped, delivered) can be viewed in “My watches”.

08 Returns and withdrawal

The customer has 30 days after receipt to change their mind. Returns are free, provided the watch is sent back in its original condition.

The refund is made with the same payment method, within 14 days at most of receiving the return.

09 Warranty

TiK•TaK watches are covered by a 5-year warranty on parts and labour against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by a shock, a fall or misuse.

This commercial warranty is in addition to the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.

10 Personal data

The processing of personal data related to an order is described in the privacy policy.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution.
